Quatrotek project-demo draft — client and legal review required before production use.

Privacy notice

This draft explains how the Ishara demonstration handles account, scan and lead information. It is not final legal advice for Saudi Arabia or any other market.

Demo draft updated 6 August 2026

01

Information handled

Account details identify workspace users. Privacy-aware scan analytics can include time, device and browser category, referrer and approximate city or country. Ishara does not claim that an anonymous scan identifies a person.

02

Lead forms and consent

Contact details are collected only when a scanner voluntarily submits a configured form. The submitted privacy-notice version and required acknowledgement are stored with the response. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

03

Essential session cookie

The service uses an essential, secure session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. It is required for the dashboard and is not advertising tracking. No non-essential marketing cookie is used by this demo, so no cookie banner is shown.

04

Retention and customer responsibility

The workspace customer must choose an appropriate purpose, lawful basis, retention period and deletion process for its QR campaigns and leads. Demo records may include clearly labeled fictional presentation data.

05

Payments

This demonstration does not process payments, store card details or connect to a payment provider.

06

Security and contact

Access controls, tenant separation and private asset delivery are used to protect service data. Questions or deletion requests for this project demo can be sent to contact@quatrotek.com.
