Project-demo terms
These draft terms describe evaluation of the Ishara client demonstration. Final service terms, service levels and commercial conditions require client and legal approval.

Evaluation access
Access is provided to evaluate the proposed QR SaaS experience. Features, sample data, temporary branding and hosting may change before a production agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, collect unnecessary personal information, probe other workspaces or use QR destinations for deception, malware or abuse.
Customer content
The evaluator remains responsible for destinations, uploaded documents, campaign copy, consent wording, lead handling and its authority to use submitted logos or content.
Availability and warranties
This is a demonstration, not a production service commitment. It is provided for review without a production uptime, backup, support or data-retention guarantee.
Commercial service
Annual Premium is a proposed subscription concept. Price, VAT, payment provider, renewal, cancellation and final entitlements are not part of this demo and will be agreed separately.
